Position Overview
This role works closely with senior management and serves as a cross-functional coordinator, connecting Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Business Development teams.
The Business Assistant will support and help drive cross-departmental and cross-border projects, functioning as a key execution partner to management.
Responsibilities
- External coordination and communication with law firms, accounting firms, consultants, and business partners
Internal cross-functional collaboration to support projects related to legal, compliance, finance, operations, and business development
Assist with or independently manage cross-departmental projects, ensuring timelines and deliverable quality- Monitor industry and market trends, consolidate insights, and provide actionable recommendations
- Support business development initiatives, including contract coordination and partner management
- Represent the company at international conferences or exhibitions (Europe / United States / Africa)
- Perform other business assistant–related duties to support overall business execution
Qualifications
Fluent bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)- Bachelors degree or above
- Preferred majors: Business, Law, Finance, Economics, or related fields
Graduated from public universities in Taiwan or overseas institutions preferred - Minimum 3 years of total work experience
At least 1–2 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Accounting firms
- Law firms
- Tax / financial advisory firms
- Consulting firms
- Gaming industry
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
High resilience and adaptability; able to thrive in a startup and fast-paced environment
Preference for female candidates under 30 years old (exceptional candidates above this age will still be considered)- Comfortable with flexible working hours and on-call arrangements; no fixed daily working hours
- No Taiwan labor insurance provided; candidates must arrange their own coverage
- Salary paid in USDT, converted based on the exchange rate at the end of each month
- Payment typically made around the 10th of each month
