Responsibilities:
Identify and negotiate B2B partnership opportunities; continuously seek potential collaborators and adjust strategies in response to market changes.
Plan and execute integrated online and offline marketing campaigns.
Analyze marketing data and track the effectiveness of branding and promotional efforts.
Promote and manage the company's brand image.
Conduct industry research, attend seminars and trade shows, and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Possess in-depth knowledge of the Latin American market and relevant regulatory landscape.
Lead and motivate a team to improve operational efficiency and team morale.
Requirements:
Solid network and resources in the Asia
Excellent communication and coordination skills; strong market sensitivity, responsibility, and ambition.
Willingness to attend client meetings, business events, and dinners as part of relationship management.
Proactive, trustworthy, highly adaptable, and skilled in building interpersonal relationships.
Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally.
