Job Summary-
We are looking for a Java Backend Engineer to develop and maintain backend systems, APIs, and distributed services. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team to build scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions while continuously improving development processes and system architecture.

Responsibilities-
Analyze and design backend systems and API services.
Develop distributed computing services.
Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure software quality.
Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
Support and maintain CI/CD deployment processes.
Collaborate with team members through Pair Programming.
Continuously improve existing systems based on business and technical requirements.

Requirements-
Technical Requirements
Approximately 3 years of hands-on Java backend development experience.
Strong understanding of Java fundamentals and object-oriented programming.
Experience with the Spring Framework.
knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Understanding of Unit Testing concepts.
Ability to understand existing system architecture and contribute to continuous improvements.
Basic understanding of distributed computing concepts.
Comfortable working in a Pair Programming environment.
