Our focus is to provide reliable, flexible, and scalable technology solutions that help our clients operate efficiently and expand across different markets.
Working Arrangement: Work From Home (WFH) temporarily. Once the Taipei office is established, employees may be required to work onsite.

Salary: USD 2,500–4,000/month (depending on experience and qualifications)

Language: Basic English communication skills required; professional-level fluency is not necessary.

The Role-

As a Senior Java Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance, and secure applications that support business needs. You will work closely with the IT Head and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions, contribute to product and architecture improvements, optimize system performance, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, enhance, and maintain complex Java-based applications and services using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and related technologies.
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and system architecture discussions to ensure high-quality and maintainable products.
  Lead or contribute to technical design and architecture for scalable, secure, stable, and high-performing systems.
• Translate business and product requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and technical issues by identifying root causes, analyzing logs, and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business, product, and operational requirements.
• Mentor junior developers, promote coding best practices, and share technical knowledge within the team.
• Recommend and implement architecture improvements, design patterns, performance optimizations, and database tuning where required.
• Contribute to product roadmap planning and technical initiatives, including research and integration of emerging technologies.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, best practices, and knowledge-sharing materials.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in backend or web application development.
  Strong proficiency in Java, with hands-on experience in Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and Microservices architecture.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, SQL/MySQL databases, OOP, design patterns, and coding best practices.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments and source control tools such as Git.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
  Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication, teamwork, leadership, and mentoring skills.
  Basic English communication skills required.

Preferred / Advantage

• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines, such as GitLab CI.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
