Working Hours
9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, 6 days/week (966 working system)
Salary: NTD 100,000 – 150,000 per month
(Final offer based on experience and performance)

Candidates with strong performance may have the opportunity to relocate to Hong Kong in the future.
Background:
-Strong B2C operations experience is required
-Experience as a junior supervisor / team lead
-Solid background in legal (white-industry) gaming operations
-Experience working at a large, well-known game company in Taiwan
-2–4 years of experience in game operations
-Experience in Western market game operations is a strong plus
Job Responsibilities / Scope of Work
Daily Operations & Support
1. Handle daily player inquiries and track abnormal or exceptional issues
2. Follow up on operational issues and coordinate resolutions
3. Manage and track user-related issues, propose solutions, and report to management
Data & Performance Analysis
4. Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to provide actionable insights and strategic direction
5. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of games or platforms and identify major factors affecting revenue
6. Monitor revenue performance, analyze data fluctuations, and promptly resolve issues to ensure stable operations
Game & Product Operations
7. Support new game launches, version updates, testing, and operational activity planning
8. Conduct product update and gameplay experience testing
Risk & Compliance Support
9. Support system risk management by evaluating risk models
10. Assist in reducing cheating or fraudulent behavior on the platform
Market & Competitor Analysis
11. Produce regular market observation reports and competitor analysis
12. Optimize user experience and operational workflows based on findings
Qualifications / Requirements
Mandatory
1. Bachelors degree
2. 1–3 years of game operations experience with solid To-C (B2C) background
3. Familiar with activity and operational data such as participation rate, conversion rate, and ROI
4. Intermediate or above English reading ability
Skills & Personal Traits
5. Strong communication skills, logical thinking, high service mindset, and strong emotional intelligence
6. Flexible and proactive in handling player requests and urgent issues
7. Experience operating social media platforms and managing gaming communities is a plus
