Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives

Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, traditional, and experiential channels

Manage the marketing team, providing leadership, mentoring, and performance management

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

Build and maintain a strong brand identity and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to support cross-functional initiatives

Set, monitor, and report on KPIs and ROI for all marketing activities

Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively

Drive content marketing, PR, and thought leadership initiatives

Lead market research and customer insight efforts to guide strategy and messaging

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Masters preferred)8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies

Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, brand development, and campaign execution

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change

Preferred: Familiarity with international or multi-market marketing strategies

Strong network in media, PR, and digital communities
