About the job Product Manager (Vietnam)
Salary: NT$100,000 150,000 per month (including expatriate allowance)
Nationality: Open to all
Work Schedule: (MonSat, 9:00 AM 9:00 PM)
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Age Requirement: Preferably under 35 years old
Languages: Fluent in both Chinese and English (for non-local/expat candidates)Expatriate Benefits (for non-local candidates assigned to Ho Chi Minh City):
- Paid overtime in accordance with local labor laws
- One 8-day return trip to Taiwan every 3 months
- Company-provided accommodation (private room); if choosing to live outside, expenses are self-covered
- Visa, medical insurance, and round-trip flight expenses will be reimbursed
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, gather and analyze requirements, track findings, design wireframes, and write User Requirement Specifications
- Maintain close communication with stakeholders, analyze their needs, propose concrete solutions based on research and analysis, and follow through to product launch
- Analyze data related to your product features to assess performance, identify issues, and propose optimizations
- Provide updates on product status via daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher, with at least 1 year of industry experience (candidates with backend-related experience will be given preference)
- If lacking specific industry experience, at least 2 years of experience in internet product management is required
- No history of misconduct; no record of frequent job-hopping or inconsistent job roles
Professional Skills
- Prototyping: Proficient in AxureRP, Figma, and other product design tools
- PRD Documentation: Able to independently produce comprehensive PRDs including logical flowcharts, detailed functional page descriptions, and interface field documentation
- Requirement Management: Proficient in tools such as ZenTao, Confluence, Jira, Xmind; capable of time management and prioritization
- Requirement Identification: Able to differentiate between real and false requirements; understand pain points, needs, and desires of users
- Logical Thinking: Understands data interaction flows, prerequisites, triggers, results, and system processing logic
