We are an iGaming technology and white-label platform provider, offering technology solutions for online gaming businesses. Our services include white-label solutions, system integration, IT support, and technical services to help operators manage and grow their platforms.

We have an international presence and actively participate in iGaming exhibitions and industry events worldwide, connecting with global partners, exploring emerging technologies, and staying up to date with industry developments.

Our focus is to provide reliable, flexible, and scalable technology solutions that help our clients operate efficiently and expand across different markets.
Working Arrangement: Work From Home (WFH) temporarily. Once the Taipei office is established, employees may be required to work onsite based on management requirements.

Salary: USD 2,500–4,000/month (depending on experience and qualifications) + performance-based commission. Total earnings may exceed USD 5,000/month depending on performance.

Language: Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese required. Thai language skills may be required for certain positions/accounts.

Position Overview-
We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Account Manager to manage and grow assigned client accounts, strengthen long-term business relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth. The role requires a proactive approach to account development, performance analysis, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with regional clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management


  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day account communications.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support retention, loyalty, and account growth.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, operational needs, and challenges in order to provide appropriate support.
  • Respond to client enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally while proactively managing potential risks.


2. Account Strategy & Business Growth


  • Develop account plans and strategies that align client objectives with company goals.
  • Identify opportunities to grow account performance, revenue, and client engagement.
  • Identify suitable upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and recommend initiatives to strengthen business performance.


3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting


  • Monitor and analyze account performance using relevant KPIs and business metrics.
  • Identify performance trends, gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.
    Prepare regular account performance reports and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Present performance updates and insights to clients and relevant internal stakeholders when required.

  • 4. Product & Service Knowledge

    Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, solutions, and relevant market developments.
  • Guide clients on the effective use of available products and services to support their business objectives.
  • Gather client feedback and communicate market requirements or improvement opportunities to relevant internal teams.


5. Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Work closely with Sales, IT, Marketing, Support, Operations, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing account support.
  • Coordinate internal resources to address client requirements and ensure timely delivery of agreed actions.
  • Act as the client's internal advocate and facilitate communication between clients and relevant departments.


6. Issue Resolution & Escalation


  • Take ownership of client issues and coordinate with relevant teams to achieve timely resolution.
  • Proactively identify potential service or account risks and take appropriate preventive action.
  • Escalate critical or unresolved matters to the appropriate stakeholders while keeping clients updated on progress.
  • Maintain professional communication and follow-through until issues are fully resolved.

  • Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Business Development, Sales, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience managing regional or international clients is an advantage.
    Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and relevant project management platforms.
  • Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese are required.
  • Thai language skills are an advantage and may be required for certain positions/accounts.
  • Willing to work onsite at the Taipei office when required once the office is established.
