Key Responsibilities
Research & Market Intelligence-Lead market, industry, and competitor research to support business and product strategy
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer segments, and growth channels
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user/customer research (interviews, surveys, focus groups)Generate actionable insights from customer feedback, funnel data, and industry trends
Growth Strategy & Execution-Design and run growth experiments (A/B tests, pricing strategies, acquisition funnels)Work cross-functionally with product, design, marketing, and sales teams to execute growth initiatives
Track KPIs and report on performance of growth campaigns (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention)Build and iterate on growth models to project outcomes and ROI of strategic initiatives
Leadership & Collaboration-Lead and mentor a small team of analysts, researchers, or growth marketers
Present findings and proposals to senior leadership, influencing high-level decision-making
Build scalable processes for research, experimentation, and reporting Requirements-Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or related field4+ years of experience in growth, research, strategy consulting, or data-driven roles
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Looker
Experience with growth experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, or funnel optimization
Deep understanding of customer research methods and product-market fit exploration
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to move from strategy to execution quickly
Preferred Qualifications-
Experience in high-growth startup environments
Background in SaaS, eCommerce, fintech, or consumer tech is a plus
Ability to work with product and engineering teams on data instrumentation and experimentation
Experience using tools like Notion, Airtable, Typeform, Hotjar, or Qualtrics
