Location: Central Pinklao, Bangkok
This position will require relocation to Cambodia in the future.

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, produce, and manage multimedia content including videos, podcasts, animations, livestreams, and interactive media across multiple platforms (social media, websites, YouTube, etc.).Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, design, communications) to develop content strategies and creative concepts aligned with brand goals.
- Oversee the full production cycle: pre-production planning, scripting, scheduling, directing, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Manage internal and external production resources including videographers, editors, voice talents, and agencies.
- Ensure high-quality production standards, storytelling consistency, and brand alignment across all multimedia assets.
- Maintain and manage production equipment, software, and digital asset libraries.
- Stay updated on content trends, platform best practices, and emerging multimedia technologies.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future production efforts.- Requirements:24 years of experience in multimedia production, video content creation, or digital storytelling.
- Proficient in video production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro) and basic audio editing tools.
- Strong skills in content planning, scripting, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio recording equipment.
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.-
Preferred Qualifications:
- Motion graphics or animation experience (e.g., After Effects, Blender).Experience with livestreaming platforms (e.g., OBS, StreamYard, YouTube Live).Knowledge of social media content formats and platform algorithms.
- Experience in short-form content creation (e.g., Reels, TikTok, Shorts).Familiarity with content performance tools (e.g., YouTube Analytics, Meta Business Suite).Photography, graphic design, or basic UX/UI knowledge is a plus.
