Operations Specialist (B2C)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Salary: TWD 100,000 150,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM, 6 days a week (966 schedule)
Languages: English
Nationality: Open to candidates from Vietnam, Malaysia, China, and Taiwan
(Candidates with white-label iGaming experience or experience in game operations for Western markets are preferred.)

Job Description-

• Handle daily player inquiries and follow up on abnormal issues.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to provide accurate insights and strategic recommendations.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of games or platforms and identify main factors impacting revenue.
• Manage new game launches, content updates, and operational event planning; conduct testing of product updates.
• Support system risk management, assess risk models, and help prevent cheating or fraudulent activities.

Key Responsibilities-

• Produce regular market research reports and competitor analysis to improve user experience.
• Monitor revenue performance, identify and resolve operational anomalies, analyze data fluctuations, and ensure smooth business operations.
• Handle and track user issues on the platform, propose solutions, and report findings to management.

Requirements-

• Bachelors degree required.1-3 years of experience in game operations or a related role, with familiarity in analyzing key metrics (participation rate, conversion rate, ROI).
• Experience in B2C operations is required.
• Strong communication and logical thinking skills, high service orientation, and excellent emotional intelligence (EQ).
• Flexible and proactive in addressing player concerns and requests.
• Experience managing or operating social media communities or gaming communities is a strong advantage.
