About the Role

Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business & Compliance Associate to join our corporate legal, compliance, and business development team.
This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership, external partners, and international stakeholders an exciting opportunity to grow with a company thats scaling rapidly across markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with external stakeholders, including attorneys, law firms, and business partners.
• Actively manage and drive internal projects across legal, compliance, and business development functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project agendas and ensure timely execution.
• Monitor industry developments, market trends, and regulatory updates to generate actionable insights.
• Support business development initiatives, including contract coordination and partnership management.
• Represent the company at select international exhibitions, conferences, or business meetings.

Qualifications

• Proficient in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Law, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in gaming, internet, financial, legal, or consulting industries.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexible working hours to support global operations and time zones.
