Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant / Marketing Executive to support the execution of marketing projects, including overseas marketing campaigns, exhibitions, marketing materials preparation, and digital advertising operations. This role requires close coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing activities are delivered efficiently and effectively.
The position is based in Vietnam and requires strong flexibility to support travel and exhibition schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the execution and progress tracking of marketing projects and campaigns
Support exhibition and event-related tasks, including pre-event preparation, material organization, and post-event data consolidation
Assist in the preparation and management of marketing materials and documents (presentations, brochures, business cards, promotional items, etc.)

  • Support the execution of digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Organize basic advertising performance data and assist in campaign performance tracking and optimization suggestions
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
  • Provide general administrative and operational support for marketing initiatives



Requirements
-Experience as a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Executive, or in a related marketing support role
-Hands-on experience to digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
-Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.
-Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
-Good communication and coordination skills
-Proficient in documentation and presentation preparation
-Experience with exhibitions, events, or international marketing projects
