Job Summary:
This is a pivotal role for those passionate about technology, process improvement, and making a tangible impact in the public sector domain.
The primary purpose of this position is to gather and document business requirements to support client projects, the development and enhancements of projects. He will be responsible for developing a deep knowledge of supported business areas, conducting business requirement sessions, documenting current and to-be process flows and creating detailed requirements documents to support development. He will also be responsible for planning, execution and tracking activities for Organization change management of new application onboarding through full lifecycle of project.
He will bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Able to analyse the current application and identify the pain point which present in current application.
- Collaborate with management, project sponsors and business stakeholders to define scope, analyze requirements, evaluate feasibility, and determine strategic need.
- Working closely with Business stakeholders to run through product backlogs and users stories, ensuring the requirements are in order prior to every sprint cycle.
- Document current and to-be process flows to understand and examine business processes using user roles, use cases, edit rules, wireframes and other system specifications in detail.
- Assists in developing test cases and participates in the quality assurance process to ensure that requirements are properly implemented
- Assists in producing user training documentation and works with the business to train users.
- Plan, execute and track all activity for Organization change management of new application onboarding through full lifecycle of project.
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of solutions within Organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Collaborate with government agencies, IT leads, and end-users to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with solution architects and developers to define, review, and refine configurations, customisations, and integrations. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, user stories, process flows, and test cases.
- Proactively identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as necessary to ensure project continuity.
- Liaise with implementation partners and vendors to ensure deliverables are met according to contract terms and service-level agreement.
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrated experience working with public sector clients or in highly regulated environments.
- Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, workflow, security, and data management
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation, use case development, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and with external vendors/partners.
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Platform App Builder).
- A bachelor's degree is required; a masters degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience in the Delivery Management / Business Analyst role.
- Relevant industry certifications (Salesforce, PMI-ACP, CBAP) are advantageous.
- Good team-work spirit, positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
