Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and operate web products end-to-end across the frontend, backend, databases, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and deployment.
• Translate product ideas and user needs into working software quickly, then iterate based on feedback and evidence.
• Make pragmatic architecture and technology decisions that balance speed, quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders throughout the discovery, delivery, and iteration phases.
• Establish fit-for-purpose engineering foundations, including automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and security, without slowing down experimentation.
• Take ownership of outcomes across the product lifecycle and contribute reusable patterns and practices that help the wider team move faster.

What We Are Looking For:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with recent experience actively writing and shipping production code.
• Strong and recent Node.js experience, with familiarity with the modern Node.js ecosystem.
• Proven experience building web systems end-to-end, including frontend, backend, databases, APIs, infrastructure, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of modern web architecture, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and software engineering practices.
• Comfortable working independently in ambiguous problem spaces and making sound technical decisions.

Preferred:

• Experience in startup, innovation-team, or fast-moving product environments, with a strong bias toward action and delivery.
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows, including AI coding agents, code generation, or automated code review.
• Proven track record of taking a product from idea or prototype through to production.
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile product teams alongside product managers and designers.
