Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful execution across end-to-end project lifecycles. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, agile delivery experience, and the ability to manage complex projects with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder ManagementManage and align expectations across business and IT stakeholders at BIT level
• Maintain strong communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle
• Project Delivery & GovernancePlan, execute, and monitor project activities to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain visibility of critical path items and ensure adherence to timelines
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and report project status
• Business Process MappingAnalyze and map business processes to understand end-to-end workflows
• Identify how IT solutions impact business operations
• Agile LeadershipFacilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Ensure high team engagement, discipline, and continuous improvement
• Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify, assess, and manage project risks and issues
• Ensure transparency and timely escalation across all stakeholders
• Follow up on mitigation actions with relevant teams
• Reporting & DocumentationPrepare project reports, dashboards, and presentation decks
• Support leadership updates and governance meetings

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in IT environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in business process mapping and analysis
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with a self-starter mindset
• Strong risk management and project governance capabilities
