Oracle Fusion HCM Core - DevOPS Engineer 2074

Experience & Expertise:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with strong expertise in Global Core HR, Compensation & Benefits, and Absence Management.
• At least 3 full implementation cycles in Oracle Cloud HCM Core module, covering both functional configuration and technical development.

Technical Skills:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Redwood, Visual Builder Studio, Lookups, Value Sets, Work Structures, Security, Area of Responsibility, and HCM Process Configuration.
• Proficient in Designer Studio, BIP, OTBI, HCM Extract, HDL, and Spreadsheet Loader (Core module focus).
• Advantageous experience in Oracle Agent Studio, bi-directional payroll interfaces, and integration technologies such as REST API and SOAP.
