Technical Business Analyst (ServiceNow)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical delivery, working closely with clients, developers, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
• Perform process and workflow mapping.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Define API and system integration requirements.
• Work closely with development and QA teams throughout delivery.
• Communicate directly with clients and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Technical BA in enterprise application projects.
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, workflows, and SDLC.
• Strong documentation and client-facing communication skills.
• Mandarin/Chinese speaking is required.
• Experience with ServiceNow requirements analysis is a plus.
