Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build and deploy applications using OutSystems, covering user interfaces, business logic, workflows, integrations and data models, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with technical standards.
• Develop automated workflows, forms and screen flows to deliver intuitive, accessible and responsive user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with the cross-functional Scrum team and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions.
• Deliver features through the full sprint cycle, with code review and quality testing.
• Manage the deployment lifecycle and monitor application/product performance and resiliency.
• Flag platform limitations to Lead Engineer and delivery risk to Project Manager.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications, including technical specifications and support materials.

Essential Skill Sets:

• 4 + years OutSystems development experience
• OutSystems certification (Associate Reactive Developer or higher)
• Experience in agile-scrum methodology, DevOps practices and end-to-end project lifecycle
• Experience building government or public sector digital products
• Experience in integrating legacy systems into a modern platform

Desirable Experience

• Experience in GovTech tech stack
• Experience in OutSystems-based delivery
• Experience in handling legacy tech systems
• Good knowledge of the government ICT policies and standards
• Experience in integrating applications with AI or machine learning services
