Job Description: Technical Lead – EDMS (1 Headcount)

Role Overview
The Technical Lead will act as the single point of contact for client side, providing overall technical ownership and governance of the EDMS platform. This role is responsible for system oversight, incident escalation, and service performance management while coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact.
  • Provide end-to-end oversight of the EDMS platform.
  • Lead incident prioritisation, escalation, and resolution.
  • Track and manage SLAs and KPIs, including system uptime, ticket handling, and resolution timelines.
  • Coordinate and manage third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure service continuity, stability, and compliance with operational standards.

Technologies / Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of EDMS architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
  • Experience with Snowflake data platforms.
  • Knowledge of Power BI Gateway.
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based incident and service management.
  • Experience working with GCC (Government Commercial Cloud).
  • Background as a Data Engineer with GCC exposure is highly preferred.
