Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Consultant specializing in Convergent Invoicing (CI) to provide functional consultation and support within the SAP BRIM landscape. The role requires deep expertise in SAP BRIM components, particularly Convergent Invoicing, and the ability to design solutions, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with technical and functional teams.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, ABAP developers, and integration teams to ensure the smooth operation and enhancement of SAP BRIM processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional consultation and support for SAP BRIM, primarily focusing on Convergent Invoicing (CI).

• Configure and support SAP BRIM processes, including billing, pricing, invoicing, and integrations.

• Analyze business requirements and propose appropriate solution designs within the SAP BRIM framework.

• Work collaboratively with ABAP developers and functional consultants to implement solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues through system debugging and root cause analysis.

• Configure pricing procedures and billing processes in SAP BRIM.

• Support workflow and integration processes across SAP systems and external platforms.

• Participate in system testing, defect resolution, and continuous improvements.

• Provide technical-functional guidance and advisory support to stakeholders.

• Ensure documentation of configurations, processes, and solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

SAP Expertise

• Deep knowledge of SAP BRIM, including:

  • Convergent Invoicing (CI)

  • Convergent Charging (CC)

  • Convergent Mediation (CM)

• Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP BRIM, especially Convergent Invoicing.

• Strong configuration experience across SAP BRIM processes.

• Experience in pricing configuration and billing processes.

Technical Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of ABAP development.

• Understanding of workflow processes.

• Strong understanding of complex system integrations.

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
