We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Developer / Instructional Designer to design, develop, and deliver engaging digital learning solutions. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and development teams to create interactive and learner-centric eLearning modules that improve knowledge retention and user experience.
The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise, UX thinking, visual communication skills, and technical proficiency in eLearning authoring tools.
Key Responsibilities
User Research & Learning Analysis
- Conduct learner research through focus groups, surveys, and stakeholder interviews to understand learner needs, preferences, and learning styles.
- Review and analyze existing training materials to identify learning gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business and learning requirements into effective eLearning solutions.
Instructional & Interaction Design
- Structure learning content into clear, logical, and intuitive learning paths.
- Design engaging course flows, modules, sub-sections, and navigation experiences.
- Create interactive learning activities, assessments, and multimedia experiences that support learning objectives.
- Apply instructional design principles to maximize learner engagement and knowledge retention.
Usability Testing & Quality Assurance
- Conduct usability testing on eLearning modules to evaluate effectiveness, accessibility, and ease of use.
- Gather and analyze learner feedback to improve course navigation, interactivity, and assessment methods.
- Coordinate testing activities and manage issue tracking to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Visual & Multimedia Development
- Develop visually appealing eLearning materials, graphics, layouts, and multimedia assets.
- Produce and edit video/audio content for digital learning experiences.
- Ensure branding and visual consistency across learning materials.
Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with SMEs, developers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Clearly communicate design rationale, recommendations, and usability findings.
- Provide constructive feedback to development teams to improve learning experiences.
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
- Identify challenges related to eLearning design, development, and delivery.
- Recommend innovative solutions to improve learner engagement and training effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital learning and instructional design.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Strong understanding of instructional design and eLearning development methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Knowledge of learner experience (LX/UX) principles.
- Strong visual communication and multimedia design skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as:
- Articulate Storyline
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with graphical design and video editing tools.
- Familiarity with test management processes and QA practices.
- Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, Education Technology, Application Development, or related field.
- Experience developing corporate training or digital learning programs.
- Portfolio showcasing interactive eLearning modules and multimedia projects.
