Job Description: Support Engineer – EDMS (2 Headcounts)
Role Overview
The Support Engineers will provide day-to-day operational and production support for the EDMS platform. This role focuses on incident resolution, service request implementation, system maintenance, and documentation to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily production support for the EDMS system.
- Perform incident troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution.
- Implement and manage service requests (SRs).
- Support patch testing and deployment activities.
- Maintain system documentation and update SOPs.
- Monitor system logs and perform proactive issue detection.
Technologies / Skills Required
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF IR).
- Working knowledge of Snowflake.
- Familiarity with Power BI Gateway.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data pipelines.
- Experience in log analysis, monitoring, and alerting.
- Prior experience working in Singapore-based or Microsoft-centric environments is preferred.
