Job Description: Support Engineer – EDMS (2 Headcounts)

Role Overview
The Support Engineers will provide day-to-day operational and production support for the EDMS platform. This role focuses on incident resolution, service request implementation, system maintenance, and documentation to ensure smooth and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily production support for the EDMS system.
  • Perform incident troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution.
  • Implement and manage service requests (SRs).
  • Support patch testing and deployment activities.
  • Maintain system documentation and update SOPs.
  • Monitor system logs and perform proactive issue detection.

Technologies / Skills Required

  • Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF IR).
  • Working knowledge of Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with Power BI Gateway.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data pipelines.
  • Experience in log analysis, monitoring, and alerting.
  • Prior experience working in Singapore-based or Microsoft-centric environments is preferred.
