About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in building, automating, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving automation, improving system reliability, and ensuring secure and efficient cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment processes.

  • Provision, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.

  • Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications in production and staging environments.

  • Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

  • Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging systems using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.

  • Ensure system security, backup strategies, disaster recovery planning, and environment management best practices.

  • Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to streamline release processes and improve system performance.

  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering roles.

  • Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  • Proven experience in setting up and managing CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI or Jenkins.

  • Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.

  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

  • Strong understanding of networking, system administration (Linux preferred), and security best practices.

  • Experience with version control systems (Git).

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with microservices architecture.

  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.

  • Experience in highly available, distributed systems environments.

  • Relevant cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) are a plus.
