Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM Core modules, covering both functional configuration and technical development.
  • Configure and manage Global Core HR, Compensation & Benefits, and Absence Management functionalities.
  • Manage and configure Lookups, Value Sets, Work Structures, Security, and Areas of Responsibility (AOR) within the Core HCM module.
  • Configure and manage HCM Processes and related Core HCM configurations.
  • Work with Redwood and Visual Builder Studio for Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Manage source code using Git workflows, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts.
  • Work with Designer Studio, BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL), and Spreadsheet Loader specifically for the Core HCM module.
  • Support technical development and configuration activities throughout the full Oracle Cloud HCM implementation lifecycle.
  • Work with bi-directional Payroll interfaces and Oracle HCM integrations where applicable.
  • Work with REST APIs and SOAP APIs for Oracle HCM-related integrations.
  • Support Oracle HCM Cloud technical activities using advanced-level knowledge of the platform.
Additional / Advantageous Experience:
  • Experience with Oracle Agent Studio.
  • Experience with bi-directional interfaces for Payroll.
  • Experience with REST APIs and SOAP APIs.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Compensation & Benefits, and Absence Management.
  • Minimum 3 full Oracle Cloud HCM implementation cycles involving the Core module.
  • Strong experience in both functional configuration and technical development within Oracle Cloud HCM Core.
