Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant 2538

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage automated workflows in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) / Oracle Process Automation using low-code data mapping tools integrated with Journeys.
• Integrate Oracle Fusion REST APIs for data retrieval and updates.
• Develop basic scripts using Camunda FEEL for advanced data processing.
• Create and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Manage data activities, including data cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation, using HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Implement fault handling, exception management, and monitoring for integration processes.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional designs.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Compensation & Benefits, Absence Management, and Time and Labor.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Journeys, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Experience with functional configuration is an added advantage.
• Experience with bi-directional interfaces for Payroll is an added advantage.
• Experience with REST APIs and SOAP is an added advantage.
