Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage digital platform initiatives involving Optical CMS or Directus CMS. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing client stakeholders, project governance, service levels, resources, risks, reporting, and software release activities. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and service commitments while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects involving Optical CMS or Directus CMS platforms.
• Manage relationships and communication with client stakeholders, ensuring expectations, requirements, priorities, and project outcomes are aligned.
• Establish and maintain effective project governance frameworks, processes, and reporting structures.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and milestones throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee SLA and service management, ensuring agreed service levels and operational commitments are met.
• Develop and manage resource plans, ensuring appropriate allocation of project resources based on delivery requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports, management reports, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Manage Service Requests (SR) from initiation through assessment, prioritization, tracking, and closure.
• Coordinate and oversee release management activities, ensuring releases are properly planned, communicated, tested, and deployed.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Developers, QA, and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, governance forums, stakeholder discussions, and delivery reviews.
• Track project financials, resource utilization, timelines, and overall delivery performance where applicable.
• Ensure project documentation, governance artifacts, and reporting are maintained accurately and consistently.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management when required.
• Ensure projects comply with organizational policies, governance standards, security requirements, and delivery processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and improve overall project and service delivery effectiveness.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 8–10+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or a related technology delivery role.
• Mandatory: Experience working with either Optical CMS or Directus CMS platform.
• Proven experience managing client and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong experience in project governance, delivery management, and reporting.
• Experience with SLA and service management within technology or digital platform environments.
• Strong experience in resource planning and allocation.
• Proven experience in risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management.
• Experience managing Service Requests (SR) and release-related activities.
• Strong understanding of software development and technology project delivery lifecycles.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
