Oracle HCM Training Specialist 1933

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Oracle HCM Training Specialist to design, develop, and maintain online training programs and materials for our Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, particularly Oracle HCM, along with the ability to simplify complex concepts for end users. The ideal candidate will leverage tools such as PowerPoint and SharePoint to create engaging training content, including videos and AI voiceovers, to enhance the learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive online trainings and materials for Oracle HCM users, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with organizational needs.
• Utilize creative tools, including PowerPoint and SharePoint, to produce engaging online training materials, videos, and incorporate AI voiceovers to enhance the training experience.
• Simplify complex HR and Oracle system concepts, making them accessible and understandable for end users.
• Collaborate with HR teams to identify training needs and gaps, and design targeted online training solutions.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Oracle HCM and strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining online training programs and materials.
• Proficient in using PowerPoint and SharePoint to create engaging and interactive training content.
• Ability to simplify complex HR and Oracle system concepts for end users.
• Experience creating videos and incorporating AI voiceovers to enhance the learning experience.
• Exposure to DevOps practices or automation tools is an added advantage.
