PeopleSoft Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a PeopleSoft Developer with strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. The role will focus on system development, maintenance, and enhancement, as well as providing technical support for campus operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS) applications
• Perform troubleshooting, bug fixing, and helpdesk support
• Design and implement system enhancements and new development requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
• Support day-to-day campus system operations
• Work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft development and support
• Strong hands-on experience in: PeopleCode, SQR, SQL, Application Engine, Application Package, Integration Broker, Component Interface, Workflow, PeopleSoft Query
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Functional knowledge in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
• Experience in PeopleTools upgrade
• Experience in UI/UX (Fluid UI, branding)
• Knowledge in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Oracle tools and MS tools (especially Excel)
