We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Agile Project Manager to manage end-to-end project delivery, drive stakeholder alignment, maintain project visibility, and ensure risks, dependencies, and critical-path activities are proactively managed. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with business and IT stakeholders, facilitating Agile ceremonies, mapping business processes, and supporting governance and steering committee activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with key business and IT stakeholders, ensuring expectations, priorities, and project objectives are clearly aligned.
• Manage stakeholder expectations at the BIT level and ensure effective communication across all parties.
• Understand and map end-to-end business processes and assess how IT solutions, system changes, and project initiatives impact business workflows.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and other relevant Agile sessions.
• Maintain strong Agile discipline, engagement, and collaboration across project teams.
• Develop and maintain the project roadmap, ensuring milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical-path items remain visible and up to date.
• Track project progress, identify delays or dependencies, and proactively follow up with respective teams to drive resolution.
• Identify, raise, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate owners and mitigation actions are assigned.
• Ensure transparency of risks, issues, decisions, and action items across business, IT, and project stakeholders.
• Follow up on outstanding actions and ensure timely closure of critical project items.
• Support preparation of Steering Committee decks, including project status, key achievements, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions required, and next steps.
• Provide clear and concise project updates to management and stakeholders.
• Apply analytical and structured problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity and resolve project challenges with minimal supervision.
• Work closely with business teams, IT teams, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful end-to-end program delivery.
• Ensure project activities remain aligned with agreed scope, timelines, priorities, and business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Project Management, preferably managing end-to-end IT programs or projects.
• Strong Stakeholder Management experience across business and IT teams.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations at the BIT level.
• Strong understanding of Business Process Mapping and end-to-end business workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
• Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies with strong engagement and discipline.
• Experience managing project roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Strong Risk & Issue Management experience, including escalation and mitigation tracking.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-starter who can work independently and navigate ambiguity without constant supervision.
• Experience preparing Steering Committee / governance decks and project status reports.
• Strong follow-up and execution skills with the ability to drive action items to closure.
