Platform Operations Engineer

Key responsibilities: 

• Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, aligned with applicable cloud and security standards.Oversee contractors managing application systems hosted in the Cloud to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Enable and support Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for proactive system management.
• Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and changes in accordance with ITIL processes, perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements.
• Conduct change management to support operations and ensure governance compliance.
