Oracle Fusion HCM – Senior Data Migration Specialist 2539

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of HR processes and the Oracle Fusion HCM Core system.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide data migration expertise.
• Utilize Jira to track and manage Change Request progress.
• Provide technical guidance to support team members, share best practices, and promote continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM Core features, enhancements, and industry trends, and recommend improvements or optimizations.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures to support system understanding and knowledge sharing.
• Adhere to defined Change Request processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 8 years of experience in a relevant technical or functional role.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Core.
• Hands-on experience in data migration within Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data migration expertise.
• Experience using Jira for Change Request tracking and management.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and share best practices with team members.
• Strong documentation skills covering technical designs, configurations, and procedures.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Core features, enhancements, and industry trends.
