AEM Developer

We are looking for a skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level solutions using AEM. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable and high-performance web applications while ensuring seamless content management and digital experience delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
• Implement AEM solutions that enhance user experience and meet business requirements.
• Work with content authors and UX/UI designers to optimize AEM functionality.
• Integrate AEM with third-party APIs, databases, and other enterprise applications.
• Optimize AEM solutions for performance, security, and scalability.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of AEM implementations.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for deployment and maintenance.
• Provide technical support and documentation for AEM-based applications.
• Stay updated with AEM best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AEM development.
• Hands-on experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and Workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Sling, JCR, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), and AEM Dispatcher.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating AEM with other systems.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Cloud-based AEM (AEM as a Cloud Service).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, React, or Angular for headless CMS solutions.
