Summary

  • Candidate will assist with Contract management, write email to follow up with vendors.
  • Candidate should have some accounting background in terms of AR/AP and financial budgeting 
Responsibility
  • Provide administrative support to Authoritys ICT projects and operations including but not limited to finance related activities such as raising of Cash Journal, Sales Order, Invoice processing, Procurement related documents.
  • Support the operation of this master contract and purchase orders (e.g. maintain and track contract / purchase order expiry date / termination).
  • Maintain the manpower resource requests / capability training process and ensure compliance to the process.
  • Provide operation support for manpower resource requests, interview sessions and performance appraiser etc.
  • Conduct preliminary check of the documentation (e.g. CVs, invoices and support documents)
  • Review monthly progress reports and supporting documents submitted by Contractors.
  • Track Utilisation of master contract and purchase orders and alert contract owner / relevant officer.
  • Keep complete records of manpower resource / capability training requests.
  • Handle security clearance for the candidates
Requirement
  • Past track records in administrative work, administer contract / human resource or similar job scope.
  • Knowledge of the Authoritys processes will be an added advantage.
