About the job SAP Oracle ETL Developer
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather and document data extraction and migration requirements.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data from SAP ECC6 (Oracle) and bespoke .Net applications (MSSQL) to SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Concur.
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows using appropriate tools and technologies.
- Perform data mapping and transformation to ensure data integrity and consistency during migration.
- Build and maintain technical documentation, including ETL specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Conduct data quality checks and implement validation processes to ensure accurate data
migration.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations by providing data migration expertise.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ETL-related issues, providing timely support to end-users.
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Key Technical Skills/ Knowledge:
- 7+ years experience in ETL development and data migration, particularly with SAP ECC6
(Oracle) and bespoke .Net applications (MSSQL).
- Proficiency in ETL tools and technologies such as Informatica, SAP Data Services, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with data migration to SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Concur.
- Proven experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading processes within diverse database environments.
- Familiarity with SAP integration technologies and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- SAP certifications and experience with SAP S/4HANA are a plus.
