Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Account Manager to join our team. The IT Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients in the IT industry. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow relationships with clients in the IT industry

- Understand clients' needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the IT industry trends and market dynamics

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base

- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our services and capabilities

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitability

- Monitor and report on key account metrics and provide regular updates to management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in IT account management or sales

- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships

- Strong understanding of the IT industry and market trends

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Willing to travel for client meetings and conferences
