About the job Digital Marketing Manager (MY)
- Research, plan, execute, and manage the company's digital marketing campaigns, including web, search engine optimization and marketing, social media, and display advertising
- Develop audit-based proposals and execute SEO/SEM campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads
- Create dashboards, data visualizations, campaign, and website performance reports, and data-based insights and recommendations
- Measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and identifying areas for improvement
- Design, built, and manage the company's online presence, including the website and other online platforms
- Create tailored-fit proposals and recommendations for prospective clients and existing projects
- Conduct technical web audit, keyword research, and competitor analysis
- Ensure all online content is up-to-date and aligns with the company's brand guidelines
- Manage the company's branding and produce creative assets such as graphics and visual materials for video production
- Understand various digital marketing tools and strategies
- Communicate effectively across different departments and manage projects effectively
- Manage a team of search engine optimization specialists, web designers, developers, and copywriters
- Get involved in planning, promotion, and announcement of corporate events
- Other tasks/functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business requirement
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads,Linkedin, Tiktok).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with web design and development.
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Certifications (optional but preferred):
- Google Analytics Certification.
- Google Ads Certification.
