We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Account Manager to drive business growth across IT Resource Outsourcing, Staff Augmentation, and IT Services. This role is responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, identifying technology consulting opportunities, and working closely with recruitment and delivery teams to provide the right talent and project solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT Resource Outsourcing, Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, and Project-based IT Services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, technology leaders, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation, client meetings, solution presentation, proposal preparation, negotiation, contract closure, and account growth.
  • Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to understand client requirements and deliver suitable IT professionals within agreed timelines.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across existing accounts.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), staffing proposals, and pricing models.
  • Coordinate with delivery managers to ensure successful project execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate commercial terms while protecting business margins.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, IT Recruitment, IT Staffing, or IT Services sales.
  • Proven experience selling:
    • IT Resource Outsourcing
    • Staff Augmentation
    • IT Managed Services
    • Project-based IT Solutions
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and closing high-value outsourcing or consulting engagements.
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts throughout the full sales lifecycle.
  • Strong hunter mindset with proven new business acquisition experience.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to build long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to balance competitiveness and profitability.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with both technical and business audiences.

Candidates with the following will have an advantage:

  • Existing network of CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Procurement Managers, or HR decision-makers.
  • Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
  • Experience participating in government tenders, RFPs, RFQs, or large enterprise procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of IT consulting, digital transformation, cloud migration, ERP, or application modernization projects.
