Job Responsibilities

• Work closely and communicate on a regular basis with business units to ensure alignment on projects and overall service experience.
• Identify opportunities to address business challenges through the enhancement of cross-functional applications.
• Be the point of contact for technology discussions concerning digital/resort systems and its associated subsystems.
• Keep abreast of trends, industry disruptions and innovation in technologies to relate to and support business.
• Deliver IT projects within budget, on schedule and adhering to internal processes & standards such as IT security standard and SDLC framework.
• Create, evaluate, and contract tenders.
• Identify, manage, and resolve complex issues, preventing escalations, where possible.
• Manage, negotiate, and mitigate project risks effectively to ensure deliverables are on track.
• Collaborate with team members, software architects, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver projects in a timely manner.
• Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• Consultant level, min 5 yrs exp. ( not more than 10 yrs)
• Agency facing, presales comfortable talking about technical, able to put things in simple understanding.
• Systems design, architecture patterns, integration patterns
• Frontend tech,backend technology, Cloud Platform, DevOps n CICD, Security compliance.
• Adaptability, problem solving, excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, Documentation.
