Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

    • Oversee and manage the execution of all projects (PT, Red Teaming, Purple Teaming, Bespoke Assessments).
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones.
    • Coordinate and schedule resources, ensuring availability and alignment with project needs.

Logistical Coordination:

    • Organize logistics for project execution, including tool setup, environment preparation, and client coordination.
    • Ensure the smooth flow of all project components, anticipating potential roadblocks and resolving issues proactively.

Budget and Cost Management:

    • Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and track resource allocation to maintain cost efficiency.
    • Ensure that project spending is within the defined budget and that tools/technologies are cost-effective.

Tool and Technology Management:

    • Manage the tools and technologies required for each project, ensuring proper licensing, usage, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Stay updated on relevant tool advancements and recommend improvements or new tools as needed.

Stakeholder Communication:

    • Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on project status, progress, and issues.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the project aligns with client objectives and internal standards.

Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, deliverables, and progress reports.
    • Ensure all documentation is accessible, up-to-date, and in compliance with company standards.

Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for improving team processes, workflows, and project execution efficiency.
    • Implement strategies to enhance productivity and quality of deliverables.
Skillsets Required:

Project Management Expertise:

    • Proven experience in managing complex projects, preferably within cybersecurity or IT consulting.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Budgeting and Financial Acumen:

    • Experience with budget planning, cost monitoring, and financial reporting.
    • Ability to optimize resource usage and maintain cost-effectiveness across multiple projects.

Technical Understanding:

    • Familiarity with tools and technologies used in Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, and similar cybersecurity disciplines.
    • Ability to understand technical requirements and collaborate with engineers and analysts.

Tool Management and Licensing:

    • Knowledge of managing software/tools, including licensing, renewals, and cost control.
    • Ability to assess and implement new tools as needed for project success.

Strong Communication Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and clients.
    • Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Problem Solving and Critical Thinking:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage project roadblocks and unexpected challenges.
    • Ability to think ahead and plan for potential risks or issues.

Organizational Skills:

    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

    • Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams (technical and non-technical) to ensure project success.
    • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams.
