Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the client product roadmap and backlog.
• Translate stakeholder and regulatory requirements into a prioritized executable roadmap
• Lead the cross-functional Scrum team through planning, delivery, and release governance
• Remove operational blockers and align product scope with business goals
• Escalate technical blockers to Solution Architect; own the resulting timeline an communication impact
• Track cross-team and cross division dependencies surfacing delivery risks

Essential Skill Sets:

• Scrum Certification
• 7 + years leading digital transformation programmes in an agile scrum delivery environment
• 7+ years leading cross-functional scrum teams
• Experience delivering government or public sector digital products

Desirable Experience

• Experience in GovTech tech stack
• Experience in OutSystems-based delivery
• Experience in handling legacy tech systems
