Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and coordinate IT projects from planning through execution and delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project plans, coordinating with business and internal technology teams, proactively managing project risks and issues, and ensuring projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and resource constraints.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and project governance skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and proactively drive project activities to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans aligned with business requirements and internal technology initiatives.
• Coordinate end-to-end project activities across business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and other relevant parties.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Ensure timely identification and resolution of issues related to project scope, resources, timelines, and delivery.
• Proactively identify project dependencies and potential roadblocks and drive appropriate mitigation actions.
• Provide regular project status updates, progress reports, and management reporting.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, action items, and outstanding issues to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate project-related activities and ensure all PM tasks are proactively picked up and managed.
• Create and maintain project/request records using relevant project management tools and processes.
• Manage JIRA-related activities, including project/task tracking and updates.
• Support and manage GWS RFC Planning activities.
• Coordinate QTest-related activities where required.
• Manage E2E RFC activities in GSN and ensure appropriate follow-up and completion.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organize and participate in project meetings, workshops, status reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, action logs, and status reports.
• Escalate critical risks, issues, and delays to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Ensure project activities comply with internal processes, governance, and delivery standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management or a similar project delivery role.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects involving multiple stakeholders and technology teams.
• Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and delivery management.
• Good understanding of project governance, risk management, issue management, dependency management, and change control.
• Experience working with JIRA or similar project/task management tools.
• Familiarity with RFC / Change Management processes is highly desirable.
• Experience with testing/project quality management tools such as QTest is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to proactively identify issues and drive them through to resolution.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with distributed teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work on-site in Cyberjaya approximately twice per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certification is an advantage.
• Experience working in a large enterprise / multinational environment.
• Experience managing projects involving infrastructure, applications, digital transformation, data, or enterprise IT services is advantageous.
