Business Analyst 1047

Responsibilities:

• Lead the formulation and analysis of business requirements with stakeholders and ensure that functional and technical specifications are comprehensive and ready for feature development.
• Support Product Managers to analyze existing business processes to identify optimization opportunities, develop transition strategies to new products and groom product features.
• Facilitate the solution design effort and develop innovative solutions that comply with existing standards, guidelines and processes.
• Support end-to-end testing activities for product features, migration scenarios and system integrations to ensure business requirements and performance standards are met.
• Provide ongoing user support across the product lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering through to training sessions for product features.

What we are looking for:

• Preferably more than 3 years of business analysis work experience.
• Experience in defining business requirements, solution standards and processes, and agile delivery.
• Experience in delivering Whole-of-Government products or working within regulated industries such as financial services.
• Able to interact and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including software developers and business stakeholders.
• Experience in driving digital initiatives with data transformation and system integration is an added advantage.
