UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize usability testing findings to redesign and enhance a digital platform, improving the overall user journey, navigation, and user interface.
• Develop a clear and scalable information architecture for digital content and resources across multiple user journeys and lifecycle stages.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes using Figma to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
• Establish, maintain, and evolve a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability across digital products.
• Collaborate closely with software developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate and high-quality implementation of design solutions.

Required Technical Skills and Certifications:

Essential Requirements

• Proven track record in user research, including interviewing, usability testing, and thematic analysis
• Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping
• Experience in information architecture and content strategy
• Ability to translate complex processes into simple, user-friendly digital experiences
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems

Government and Public Sector Knowledge (Preferred)

• Understanding of Singapore Government operating environment and policy development processes
• Experience working with government agencies in product or service delivery contexts

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant design and UX certifications and experience with government websites
• Background in design and UX methodologies
