Business Analyst

Key of Responsibilities: 

• Conduct stakeholder engagements (e.g. workshops, interviews) to gather operational requirements and user feedback.
• Document current‑state (as‑is) processes, workflows, and system touchpoints.
• Identify process gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop future‑state (to‑be) process models and high‑level functional requirements.
• Analyse findings and support formulation of recommendations for improved operating models.
• Support change management and user engagement activities, including preparation of engagement materials and consolidation of feedback.
• Produce clear documentation such as process maps, analysis summaries, and recommendation papers.
