We are looking for a Network Security Engineer (L2 Support) to support and maintain cloud-based network security services. The role involves incident resolution, infrastructure changes, and ensuring stable and secure network operations across cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 (L2) support for cloud-based network security services, including firewalls, web proxies, load balancers, and DNS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incident and problem tickets within defined service levels.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure service availability and performance.
- Implement and manage changes to network security infrastructure following established change management processes.
- Ensure all changes are properly documented and handed over to operations teams.
- Enforce security and network standards across all implemented solutions.
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Telecommunications, Networking, or Network Security.

Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including:
- TCP/IP
- Firewalls
- IPSec VPN
- HTTP/HTTPS
- DNS

Experience with public cloud networking, preferably:
- Microsoft Azure
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Cloud proxy solutions

Hands-on experience or strong understanding of at least one:
- Fortinet Firewalls
- F5 BIG-IP (Load Balancer)
- IPSec VPN
- Web Proxy technologies
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English).
