Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, and Time & Labor.
- Manage and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to SLAs.
- Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Reports, OTBI analyses, HDL scripts, and Spreadsheet Loader processes.
- Implement and maintain Fast Formulas to support HR and payroll processes.
- Configure and manage Journeys, Personalization, Lookups, Value Sets, Work Structures, Areas of Responsibility, Data Roles, and Security.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver functional enhancements and process improvements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of bi-directional payroll interfaces, leveraging REST API and SOAP integrations where applicable.
- Utilize tools like Redwood and Visual Builder Studio to automate and optimize workflows and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices, including incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Conduct testing, documentation, and training for system updates and new functionalities.
Experience & Skills Required
- Experience: Minimum 8 years with Oracle HCM Cloud platform, with deep knowledge of:
- Global Core HR
- Absence Management
- Compensation
- Time & Labor
- Production Support: 5+ years experience in production support, with solid understanding of ITIL processes.
- Technical Knowledge:
- HCM Extract
- BI Reports
- OTBI
- HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- Spreadsheet Loader
- Fast Formulas
- Functional Knowledge:
- Setting up Journeys and Personalization
- Lookups and Value Sets
- Work Structures, Area of Responsibility, Data Roles, and Security
- Additional Advantages:
