Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, and Time & Labor.
  • Manage and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to SLAs.
  • Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Reports, OTBI analyses, HDL scripts, and Spreadsheet Loader processes.
  • Implement and maintain Fast Formulas to support HR and payroll processes.
  • Configure and manage Journeys, Personalization, Lookups, Value Sets, Work Structures, Areas of Responsibility, Data Roles, and Security.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver functional enhancements and process improvements.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of bi-directional payroll interfaces, leveraging REST API and SOAP integrations where applicable.
  • Utilize tools like Redwood and Visual Builder Studio to automate and optimize workflows and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices, including incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Conduct testing, documentation, and training for system updates and new functionalities.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years with Oracle HCM Cloud platform, with deep knowledge of:
    • Global Core HR
    • Absence Management
    • Compensation
    • Time & Labor
  • Production Support: 5+ years experience in production support, with solid understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • HCM Extract
    • BI Reports
    • OTBI
    • HDL (HCM Data Loader)
    • Spreadsheet Loader
    • Fast Formulas
  • Functional Knowledge:
    • Setting up Journeys and Personalization
    • Lookups and Value Sets
    • Work Structures, Area of Responsibility, Data Roles, and Security
  • Additional Advantages:
    • Experience with Redwood, Visual Builder Studio
    • Experience in bi-directional interfaces for payroll
    • Knowledge of REST API and SOAP
