Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Set architecture standards and make build-vs-configure trade-offs the delivery team executes against
• Act as technical escalation point for integration, performance and platform limitation risks
• Review and approve technical designs and integration approaches.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to the delivery team.
• Ensure alignment with Government policies, security requirements and technology standards.
• Support solutioning for new capabilities, integrations and strategic enhancements.

Essential Skill Sets:

• 5 + years leading teams on OutSystems Platform
• 7 + years OutSystems development experience
• OutSystems certification (Web Developer Specialist or higher)
• Experience in agile-scrum methodology and end-to-end project lifecycle
• Experience building government or public sector digital products

Desirable Experience

• Experience in GovTech tech stack
• Experience in OutSystems-based delivery
• Experience in handling legacy tech systems
