Full Stack .NET Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Mid-Level Full Stack .NET Developer to join our global Enterprise Systems development team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, your primary focus will be hands-on coding, active feature development, and maintaining high-performance enterprise applications.

Working closely under the guidance of our Technical Lead, you will collaborate with cross functional partners and an offshore development squad to translate technical specifications into clean, scalable software. This position is ideal for a disciplined full-stack engineer who excels in standalone task execution, possesses strong software craftsmanship, and values continuous improvement. While professional English fluency is mandatory, the ability to communicate in Chinese is highly valued to foster internal coordination and enhance client service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Core Software Development

• Hands-on Coding: Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code across the full application stack using C# and .NET 10 on the backend, alongside Angular or React for dynamic frontend user interfaces.
• Feature Implementation: Develop and deliver new functional modules, responsive layouts, and system enhancements based on architectural blueprints provided by the Technical Lead.
• API & Service Integration: Build and consume secure RESTful web services, and interface reliably with existing legacy system components like WCF.
• Database Programming: Write optimized queries, stored procedures, and schema updates for relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) using ORMs like Entity Framework Core or Dapper.
• Code Quality Assurance: Participate actively in peer code reviews, adhere to standard Git branch workflows, and write comprehensive automated unit and integration tests.

BAU Maintenance & Support

• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Diagnose, isolate, and resolve application bugs or production incidents systematically, digging into system logs to perform essential root cause troubleshooting.
• Operational Stability: Support Business-As-Usual (BAU) system maintenance, code refactoring, and performance tuning to ensure continuous platform reliability.
• Agile Collaboration: Participate fully in remote Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and estimation sessions), providing clear and transparent progress tracking on Jira/Azure DevOps.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Technical Skills & Tooling

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of professional full-stack software development experience working on large-scale enterprise applications.

• Backend Core: Practical, production-proven experience coding with C# and the modern .NET Core / .NET 10 ecosystem, along with familiarity or exposure to legacy framework architectures such as WCF.
• Frontend Core: Robust hands-on experience building single-page applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, specifically Angular and/or React.
• Data & Systems: Good understanding of relational database management systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and data access layers. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and container tools like Docker is a plus.

Communication & Remote Collaboration

• Remote Aptitude: Strong time-management and self-motivation skills required to operate effectively and independently within a fully distributed, remote working environment.
• Bilingual Capability (Value-Add): Professional proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Conversational or technical communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) are highly preferred to optimize collaboration across our hybrid local and offshore resourcing channels.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical or quantitative discipline.
