Develop, maintain, and support applications including IAS, IBS+, IBBR, and IBPS.

Work with applications built in IBM Informix 4GL, Java, Jasper, C#, and VB.NET.

Respond to and resolve ServiceNow ticket requests in a timely manner.

Provide Build and Run support to ensure smooth application operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

May require working 12-hour standby shifts on weekends or 8-hour shifts aligned with EU hours.

Primary: MySQL database management and optimization.

Application Development: IBM Informix 4GL, Java, Jasper, C#, VB.NET.

Secondary: Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts for application enhancement.
