    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, maintain, and support applications including IAS, IBS+, IBBR, and IBPS.

    • Work with applications built in IBM Informix 4GL, Java, Jasper, C#, and VB.NET.

    • Respond to and resolve ServiceNow ticket requests in a timely manner.

    • Provide Build and Run support to ensure smooth application operations.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

    • May require working 12-hour standby shifts on weekends or 8-hour shifts aligned with EU hours.

    Technical Skills:

    • Primary: MySQL database management and optimization.

    • Application Development: IBM Informix 4GL, Java, Jasper, C#, VB.NET.

    • Secondary: Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts for application enhancement.

    • Ticketing Tools: ServiceNow or similar platforms.
